After backing two, I made an attempt to create threads on the main Facebook forums (inc. GBFans) as a central repository of Afterlife screen accuracy advice on the Trap and PKE to Hasbro (Emily Bader).

The threads are meant to be a concise list of minor screen inaccurate details that Hasbro may be willing to adjust (at their discretion) prior to production.

Not meant as lists of questions or "make a slime blower please" type comments.
Just basic things like the bargraph on the trap scrolling the wrong direction, screw counts on the front of the trap (6 vs 4), missing light next to the bar graph, PKE led light up sequences, etc.

Stuart Thomson (Ghostbustersreferencelibrary.com) is also offering opinions.

If you have any concise observations to increase screen accuracy (Afterlife, as that's what these products are based on) feel free to post.

I try to edit the lists often with each valid additional point raised.

To reiterate, these are not meant as a criticism towards Hasbro at all (we are backers). These efforts mimic those (of mine) in '21 in trying to get the Hasbro Spenglers wand to offer some sort of communication with the Hasbro Proton Pack by privately discussing e.g. very low cost ammeter draw chips with Bill Rawley. So these efforts are known to pay off.

This is the list so far, feel free to correct (I'll edit it with each additional valid point raised):

Pros (included to reinforce our enthousiasm and backing for this awesome Haslab):

-The traps' apparent build quality, weathering, hinges, trap door motor, details, resistor, etc. look lightyears beyond the Matty. The details and screen accurate options (rubber plugs, relay options, etc) look amazing.

-Trap mesh cover looks screen accurate!

-Trap overall proportions, look to be accurate. No recessed cartridge like Matty, etc.

-Trap side dials may look oversize but are precise to AF.

-PKE screen looks to be a better version of the Matty. Obviously has the extending taser wings and button on the back. Also appears to have the red centre LED option while active as seen in Afterlife (and not available in the original GB1 and GB2 prop, or Matty)

-PKE working EMF detector? Unbelievable!

Cons / Possible simple adjustments for improvement:

-PKE proportions look a little off, wings proportions/thickness, little taser nubs are missing, two level of wing heights like the Matty as opposed to the full range of the wings on the real prop.

-PKE wing led lights appear to be pure yellow as on the original GB1 and GB2 prop (and Matty). Afterlife showed the light colors to be more white than yellow. Actually more of a mix of warm white and cold white. At least on what we saw on screen in AF, and not just pure yellow like GB1 & GB2.

-PKE doesn't feature the red light bleed through inside the wing housings when the wings are extended (like in AF)

-Trap bargraph goes the wrong direction! (right to left) and is missing the single yellow light at the end that illuminates after a total safe entrapment cycle.

-Trap bargraph panel has 6 screws when it should have 4.

-Trap black corner screws on the aluminum side plates are oversized

-Trap bar graph appears to continually scroll forwards and back. While on GB1, GB2, Matty, (and AF I believe) we see it scroll and settle on a certain level.

-Trap front decals (NRADS, etc) appear to have a brown wash on just the decals.

-Trap wheels are not recessed enough, and too visible

Remains to be seen:

-Matty had the electricity and shocking shaking effect (rear wheels) after entrapment. Haslab mentioned a rumble motor but didn't show anything. Vibration motors generally don't cause a device to shake, just vibrate.

-Matty trap had very rare 1/50 and1/150 activations easter eggs. So rare that people started to think they were imagining them. Hasbro again mentioned something similar but didn't show.

-I didn't hear a beep-beep-beep in sync with the trap red light like the prop and Matty had, though I might have just not heard it on the Haslab vid.

-For customizers: It would be great if the silver weathering is of the type applied to the Hasbro wand (wipes off with alcohol), as opposed to the PP (had to be sanded off using a Magic Eraser)

It would be neat if they could make the dials and switches on the front functional / turnable /clickable:

ADF / Tr + G / Tr / Off (switch has 4 settings and a hard stop on both ends)

NRADS (is a rotating dial, possibly with a hard stop on both ends)

Sync (possibly a spring loaded switch to sync the cartridge to the trap base.Perhaps able to be rotated down and spring releases back to original position. Not really known as never discussed in canon.)

Manual / Preset / Guard (is a three position switch)
